At Wear Plus, we take pride in the quality of every piece we deliver. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
📦 Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Sale items and stitched/customised orders are not eligible for return.
🔄 Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- We offer exchanges for a different size or colour, subject to availability.
- The item must be in its original, unused condition with tags intact.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
- Sale / discounted items
- Stitched or customised orders
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags or packaging
📋 How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Share your order number and photos of the item.
- Our team will guide you through the next steps within 24 hours.
🚚 Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- If the return is due to a defect or our error, we will cover the shipping cost.
💰 Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as store credit.
- Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer.
