At Wear Plus, we take pride in the quality of every piece we deliver. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

📦 Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Sale items and stitched/customised orders are not eligible for return.

🔄 Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • We offer exchanges for a different size or colour, subject to availability.
  • The item must be in its original, unused condition with tags intact.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale / discounted items
  • Stitched or customised orders
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags or packaging

📋 How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. WhatsApp us at +92-XXX-XXXXXXX within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Share your order number and photos of the item.
  3. Our team will guide you through the next steps within 24 hours.

🚚 Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  • If the return is due to a defect or our error, we will cover the shipping cost.

💰 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as store credit.
  • Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer.
