Exchange Policy
At WearPlus, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not happy with the size, color, or fit of your item, you may request an exchange under the following conditions:
✅ Exchange Conditions:

Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

The item must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with tags attached.

You must provide your order number and a valid reason for exchange.

Exchange is only possible for items of equal or higher value (you will pay the difference).

Only one-time exchange is allowed per order.
🔁 Exchange Process:

Contact us on WhatsApp or Email with your exchange request.

Share pictures of the item and explain your reason for the exchange.

Once your request is approved, you will be asked to send the item to our return address.
📦 Important Delivery Instructions:
WearPlus does not offer pickup service for exchanges. You are responsible for delivering the parcel to the correct address provided by our team.
Before sending the parcel, please contact us at +92 321 4289915 (WhatsApp or call) to receive the exact return address and full delivery instructions.
Do not send the item without contacting us first, as we will not be responsible for packages lost or delivered to the wrong location.

After we receive and inspect the item, we will send your new exchanged product.
