Refund & Return Policy

We accept returns only under certain conditions. A return request must be made within 3 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

• The product must not be damaged or altered in any way.

• You must provide proof of purchase and clear photos showing the issue (if any).

If the return is approved:

• You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us.

• Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue store credit or exchange as agreed.

Note: We do not offer pickup service for returns. You will need to send the parcel yourself to our return address.

We strictly do not offer cash refunds for any reason. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled for a refund.

However, in cases of:

• Wrong item delivered

• Damaged or defective product (with valid proof)

We will provide a replacement or store credit after verifying your complaint
